So first let's start with the basics:
Did I clean today?
No.
Did I get ready for school today?
No.
Was I lazy today?
Yes...and no! I actually worked out today. Yay me!
So I went to my parent's house today to get a book I need for my research class that I got in Alaska. It's called "The Way of the Person"...or something, I think I completed butchered that. It's called Yuurayrq in Yup'ik though. Or something like that, lol. Anywho, I also worked out with a customized workout video while I was there..it was hardcore, or maybe only because I'm out of shape:(!
So, I did 20 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes upper body, 10 minutes lower body, 10 minutes abs, and 10 minutes of stretch. It felt GREAT!!
Today's food:
Breakfast
Quaker oat squares with skim milk
Key lime pie yogurt (low fat)
Lunch
Ham and cheese sandwich with avocado, lettuce, and mustard
Warm apple cider (I couldn't resist!)
Dinner
Salad with steak, carrots, avocado and caesar dressing
Homemade stuffing
Half a potato (lol)
Snack
Fruit Smoothie: 1/2 cup 1% milk, 1/2 cup OJ, cup of frozen mixed berries, and a whole banana!
All in all pretty good, but I need to watch what I put on my salad--I found a GREAT homemade caesar dressing (how do you spell ceasar anyways??) that I will have to try that apparently has half the calories and less fat and all that junk. I LOVE CEASAR SALADS THEY ARE SO YUMMY:)!!! By the way, the lettuce had a BEE in it. WTF why do I always find BEES IN MY SALAD!!! Chance just asked: Was it organic, and did you eat it? The answers to the 2 questions are: No, and yes. I'm a daredevil, what can I say?
I'd like to add that I did NOT eat the bee. I ate the salad
