Whoa!! I have not been keeping up with this like I said I would. Soooo I got my wedding dress...it is divine!

I have class at 2:00 so I'm gonna make this brief! I have been eating kinda good (kinda...I had Taco Bell on Monday but it was delish so who cares lol).

Today I have only had half a pb&j sandwich.

Day Five (I need to stop listing the days I'm losing track!)

Today was good...still need to clean the apartment...I'm determined to finish it tonite (I will update on whether or not that was accomplished tomorrow).

Kinda tired so I'm only gonna go over what I've eaten:

Breakfast
Cereal

Lunch
Cereal

Dinner
Corn
Ranch Style Beans
2 chicken fajitas (we have soooo many left so I am eating them up). They are made up of a flour tortilla, grilled chicken, a dollop of sour cream, and salsa!
A big glass of gatorade (THE AID OF THE GATORS!!)

Day Four (I think?...I'm already losing track)

So today is day four. It's 9:39 am and I don't have class until 3:00...I love that feeling. Just found out my research class is going to be from 9:30-11:00 every friday and my next class after that isn't 'til 2:00. I was kinda bummed about that at first but I think I shall just make those 3 hours either study time or a combo of workout/study time...that way it will be beneficial and I won't just go home and crash!!! Anywho...more tonite!

Oooo and today I ate 2 bowls of cereal (Quaker Oat Squares with 1% milk), a yogurt, 2 small cups of Gatorade, and 2 small chicken fajitas!

Day Three!!!

Today was good--exhausting!! Social Pscyh, Cog Psych, Group Dynamics, and Jane Austen. Enjoyable, but exhausting. All I've eaten today is a cup of yogurt and a freakin' sandwich. GET ME FOOD IN MY BELLY NOWWWWWZZ

I am updating now (for Jan. 11): I had a huge bowl of quaker oat squares with 2% milk and 2 grilled chicken fajitas with a dollop of sour cream and salsa...oh and a diet coke at school!---I was so very hungry!! I think I did pretty good today.

The main things I need to work on: DRESSINGS/CONDIMENTS/DRINKIES!! Those add up fast but I love them oh so much.

Day Two of My Adventures in Outerspace!

So first let's start with the basics:

Did I clean today?
No.

Did I get ready for school today?
No.

Was I lazy today?
Yes...and no! I actually worked out today. Yay me!

So I went to my parent's house today to get a book I need for my research class that I got in Alaska. It's called "The Way of the Person"...or something, I think I completed butchered that. It's called Yuurayrq in Yup'ik though. Or something like that, lol. Anywho, I also worked out with a customized workout video while I was there..it was hardcore, or maybe only because I'm out of shape:(!

So, I did 20 minutes of cardio, 10 minutes upper body, 10 minutes lower body, 10 minutes abs, and 10 minutes of stretch. It felt GREAT!!

Today's food:
Breakfast
Quaker oat squares with skim milk
Key lime pie yogurt (low fat)

Lunch
Ham and cheese sandwich with avocado, lettuce, and mustard
Warm apple cider (I couldn't resist!)

Dinner
Salad with steak, carrots, avocado and caesar dressing
Homemade stuffing
Half a potato (lol)

Snack
Fruit Smoothie: 1/2 cup 1% milk, 1/2 cup OJ, cup of frozen mixed berries, and a whole banana!

All in all pretty good, but I need to watch what I put on my salad--I found a GREAT homemade caesar dressing (how do you spell ceasar anyways??) that I will have to try that apparently has half the calories and less fat and all that junk. I LOVE CEASAR SALADS THEY ARE SO YUMMY:)!!! By the way, the lettuce had a BEE in it. WTF why do I always find BEES IN MY SALAD!!! Chance just asked: Was it organic, and did you eat it? The answers to the 2 questions are: No, and yes. I'm a daredevil, what can I say?

I'd like to add that I did NOT eat the bee. I ate the salad

I've been here before...

It seems I have had many, many blogs. Xanga, Facebook...you name it, I've got it. However, this one I'm serious about (I think!) I will use this blog to talk about my life (because it is so very interesting :-P). I think I will also start another one where I chronicle my eating/exercise as a way to keep myself under tabs! Or maybe I will write about that in this one. We will see.

So, where to start. Chance is in the other room playing games and I'm watching Seinfeld. Seinfeld never gets old...when I was in Tuluksak I watched it at night after Ashley had left because I was so freaked out to be alone! It was a constant background noise while I slept there.

I have an awful, awful cold. My head feels like it's floating, my nose is running, my glands are swollen--I'm dyin' here! And I start classes on Monday--19 hours. FML. Maybe it's crazy to start a blog (which I want to write in every day) 2 days before classes start, but I think it will keep me sane this semester!! I'm taking Cognitive Psychology, Social Psychology, Group Dynamics, Intro. to Personal Comp., a P.E., a research credit (Nat'l and Int'l Studies) based on the Alaska trip, and an upper level English class where we read all of Jane Austen's books and then write a huge term paper. The apartment is a MESS--I have GOT to get organized by tomorrow! I don't want to start school on a bad foot! I think Chance would appreciate the lack of messiness as well. It's pretty messy in here at the moment, lol.

Chance and I went to the country club yesterday to look at the ballroom area--it looked great!! It made it all become so real...we are getting married:)! July 17th! I'm so freakin' excited!!! I still have SO much planning to do though..colors, florist, photographer, DRESS!!! (YAY YAY YAY!) I would like to lose a little weight though before the dress...I might pick it up and then get it altered if I lose some weight before the wedding.

Ham and cheese sandwich with dijon mustard
Key Lime Pie Fat Free Yogurt
Pickle

Dinner
Mixed greens with Grilled Chicken slices and Caesar Dressing
Orange Juice

No exercise today because I am sick:( I am going to aim for healthy eating everyday, and exercising at least 4 days a week (2 of those days will be my fitness class, so I will just have to fit in 2 more...4 is the least though, so hopefully more!!)
